Features
Built for the drive-in
Not a cinema seat-picker with cars bolted on: every part is designed around lots, spots, carloads and double features.
Sell tickets by the spot
- A live map of your lot. Guests choose their exact spot on each screen's layout. Everyone sees spots fill up in real time.
- No double-selling. A spot is held for the guest while they pay; if two people pick the same spot, the first one gets it and the other is asked to choose again.
- Card checkout with your ticket options and add-ons, and an emailed receipt with a QR code and a 4-character gate code.
- Tickets are good for their showing only, and your no-refunds policy is stated at checkout and on every receipt.
Run the gate
- Check cars in fast: scan the QR code with a handheld scanner or a phone camera, or type the gate code the driver reads out. Tickets for another date, or already used, are flagged.
- Sell to drive-ups from the same screen: pick today's showing and a spot, take the card on your terminal, and the car is checked in. Gate sales keep going after the movie starts.
Screens, spots and the schedule
- Up to four screens, each with its own rows of spots and labeling (B7, 2G or 207).
- A lot map that shows every screen around your concession stand.
- Single films or double (even quadruple) features with intermissions, in your time zone, and an operating season with opening and closing dates.
Pricing your way
- Price schedules like "1 occupant", "2 occupants" or "Car load", with a different schedule for special showings.
- Add-ons: fees such as outside food, and dollar or percent discounts for seniors or veterans.
Your crew
- Invite employees by email and give them roles: box office, gate, operations, manager.
- Choose exactly which actions each role can take; staff can never grant more than they have.
